Work Will Begin on N-14, Central City South

June 12, 2024 (Grand Island, Neb.) — Weather permitting, work will begin June 17 on N-14 at reference post 78+91, according to the Nebraska Department of Transportation.

JMN Construction, LLC of Valley is the contractor for this project. Work includes bridge deck repairs, milling, asphalt overlay, guardrail and joint replacement. Traffic will be maintained with flagging and temporary traffic signals. A 14-foot width restriction will be in effect. Anticipated completion is Nov. 2024.

Motorists are reminded to drive cautiously in and near work zones, to buckle up, and to put phones down.
