Three Arrested in Western Nebraska Narcotics Investigations

JUNE 11, 2026 (SCOTTSBLUFF, NEB.)  — Three business operators and employees were arrested last week in Scotts Bluff and Red Willow Counties after investigations into the sale of controlled substances.

Last week, arrest warrants were served on three people related to the illegal sale of controlled substances. The arrests followed a multi-agency investigation into mushroom products being sold at stores in multiple Nebraska communities.

Agni Fernandez, 45, was arrested on Wednesday, June 3. Heidi Moore, 32, was arrested on Friday, June 5. Both were arrested for distribution of a controlled substance. Fernandez is the owner of La Bamba in Scottsbluff. Moore is an employee at the same store. Both were lodged in Scotts Bluff County Jail.

Also on Friday, June 5, Robert Hall, owner of Dr. Feel Good in McCook, was arrested for distribution of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance related to mushroom products at the store. Hall was lodged in Red Willow County Jail.
