Sodbusters Finish the Year

Hastings couldn't make an early 4-0 lead hold up in a 6-5 loss to Nebraska in the season finale. Yamato Sato had his first three-hit game of the year and knocked in three. Bryce Ronken went 2-3 and doubled home a run.  The Sodbusters finished with their best record in franchise history 32-20. Fremont beat Spearfish to claim the second postseason spot.  The Moo play Casper in the Independence League Championship Series.
