Norris Handles Aurora BB


A pair of state ranked Norris teams swept Aurora last night. In the girls' game, the Titans hit four of their first five shots in building an 11-0 lead on the way to a 59-18 win. Norris (5-1) scored the first 19 points of the second quarter to break open an eight point game. The Huskies (1-6) were led by Kendal Wineteer with seven. The Aurora girls host Milford on Thursday. 

The Norris boys (6-1) hit 11 3-pointers in downing Aurora (4-3) 72-36. Leading by 12, The Titans put together a 14-4 run to open the second half to eliminate any doubt. Ethan Ramaekers went 8-10 from the line and finished with 10 points to lead the Huskies.
