(Grand Island, NE) - It was a late night at Ryder Park on Wednesday with Grand Island Home Federal picking up a 7-4 win over Columbus Cornerstone Bank. The loss was the first for Columbus, meanwhile, Grand Island moves to 4-2 on the season. Home Federal in the game had 7 runs on 8 hits with 2 errors. Columbus had the 4 runs on 6 hits with 3 errors in the contest. Home Federal was led by Zenon Sack, Eli Arends, and Jace Chrisman with two hits a piece. GI got solo RBI's from Eli Arends, Jake Nesvara, Brayden Lee, Jace Chrisman, and Hunter Jensen. Grand Island will be back in action on Saturday traveling to Waverly.
