Brief Narrative: On 01/15/2025 at approximately 0128 hours, officers responded to a sexual assault of a juvenile female. Victim reported that she was sexually assaulted by an adult male. The juvenile reported that Harold Hernandez Valladares subjected her to sexual assault within the city limits. Harold was arrested for 1st degree Sexual Assault of A Child.
