Brief Narrative: On 1-7-2025 at around 1450 hrs, officer responded to the listed above location reference a possible sexual assault incident. The reporting party advised that she observed the offender, on video inside his child's room, straddling his 4 year old son. The video was observed and confirmed this incident took place on 1-6-2025 in the overnight hours in the bedroom. During this sexual encounter, a 2 year old and 7 year old child were also present. Ronal was contacted and

Offender: Adrian Suarez Banos

Brief Narrative: Officer conducted a traffic stop near W 1st/Cleburn St for a traffic violation. Adrian Suarez Banos was the driver, who provided false information and showed signs of impairment from alcohol. Suarez Banos was arrested for DUI 3rd Offense, False Reporting and No Operator's License.
