Location of Incident: S Blaine & W Phoenix Ave
 Brief Narrative: On 12-25-2024 at approximately 02:58 hours a fatality motor vehicle collision was reported near Blaine St and Phoenix Ave. where the driver of a silver Dodge Charger passed away at the scene from the injuries sustained during the collision which occurred near Lamar Ave and Blaine St. The plate from the second vehicle involved was located at the scene and led to further investigation. At approximately 09:37 hours, while conducting follow up on possible locations for a suspect in this case, led to Pedro Chavez-Rodriguez who was the registered owner of the second vehicle involved which fled the scene without rendering aide or contacting police. Pedro was contacted at his residence and admitted to being the owner and driver of the suspect vehicle. Pedro admitted to being involved in the collision but leaving the scene because he believed the other vehicle continued northbound. Pedro provided an international driver’s license, and a records check showed he did not have driving privileges. Pedro was placed under arrest for No Operator’s License and Leaving the Scene of Fatality Motor Vehicle Collision.

Brief Narrative: On 12/24/2024 at approximately 1545 hours Caden Faubion was contacted during follow up for an unrelated incident. Caden was known to have an active arrest warrant out of Merrick County and was placed under arrest for the Merrick County Warrant, FTA PCS / Tampering With Evidence IV FO 25-2121, CR24-243. Offense: Theft Victim: 23 yr old male Incident #: L24122178 Offender: Date and Time of Incident: 12/24/24 @ 14:25 Location of Incident: 1604 W 3rd St Brief Narrative: On 12-24-2024 at around 1425 hrs, officer responded to above location and made contact with an adult male who advised that a female that he lives with stole $ 3,000 in cash from his suitcase from a residence they both reside in. Case is open.

Location of Incident: 3423 Kelly St, Apt 133
Brief Narrative: On 12/25/2024 Officers were called to 3423 Kelly St, apt 133 in response to a disturbance. During the on-scene investigation, Ashley Coronado and Kendra Espenhover were seen on the property of the Grandview Apartments leaving through a first-floor window. Officers located a baggy containing a white crystalline substance, and drug paraphernalia immediately below the window used by the two females. Ashley later claimed the items by the window. During a consent search of Kendra, officers located a small bag of a green leafy substance in her pocket. After officers departed, it was made known that both females have received trespass notices from the property. During a search incident to arrest a small baggy containing a white crystalline substance was located in Kendra's pocket. The baggy of green substance tested presumptively positive for marijuana. The two baggies containing the white crystalline substance tested presumptively positive for methamphetamine. Kendra Espenhover was arrested for Criminal Trespass-2nd Degree and Possession of Marijuana =<1 ounce ; 1st offense. Ashley Coronado was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance, Criminal Trespass-2nd Degree and Drug Paraphernalia.

Narrative: On 12/25/2024 around 20:43, Kendra Espenhover was contacted near Casey's in reference to an early call for service. Kendra was taken into custody for trespassing. During a search incident to arrest, officers located a small bag containing a white crystalline substance in Kendra's pocket. The white crystalline substance tested presumptively positive for Methamphetamine. Kendra was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance.
