 Brief Narrative: Officers responded to suspicious parties in the alley of 216 N Eddy St. One party was identified as Roxanne White, who had an active Hall County Warrant. When taking White into custody, White resisted officers and ran away. White was arrested and transported to Hall County Corrections. White continually resisted officer at the jail. She has one prior conviction for Resisting Arrest. White was arrested for Resisting Arrest 2nd Offense and the Hall County Warrant.

Brief Narrative: Mohammed Kosta Dona called 911 to report a theft of his money. He told officers that he had paid Melissa Bauman a $50 bill for sex. He said that she took his money and told him to go get a condom. When Mohammed returned, she refused to let him inside. Melissa was contacted at her motel room. She initially said Mohammed had not paid her any money. She then admitted that he did give her $50 but it was for food. She returned the $50 bill to officers.  Brief Narrative: On 10/18/24 an adult male, later identified as 38 year old Marcus Jones, began conversing with two separate 13 year old females via social media. After learning the two juvenile female's ages, he began discussing inappropriate topics with the two 13 year olds. On 12/13/24 Marcus advised one 13 year old female that he wanted to explore things with her, leading to possible intercourse. On 12/18/24 Marcus told one 13 year old female that he wanted to partake in sexual acts with her and another 13 year old female together. On 12/18/24 Marcus told a separate 13 year old female that he wanted to be sexual and intimate with her. On 12/19/24 Marcus told the 13 year old female that he had booked a hotel room and wanted to have sex with her and the other 13 year old. On 12/19/24 Marcus told the 13 year old female that he wanted to partake in multiple sex acts with the 13 year old. On 12/20/24 Marcus was conversing with both 13 year old females via group chat on social media. 13 year old juvenile advised Marcus that she didn't know exactly what he was wanting to do at the hotel on 12/23/24 when they met. Marcus told the 13 year old juveniles specific sexual terms to Google to educate themselves beforehand. On 12/23/24 Marcus arrived at a designated meetup location in Grand Island, NE. Marcus was subsequently arrested for Enticement by Electronic Device; Sexual Assault [28-320.02] ID FELONY X 7 counts

 Brief Narrative: Joshua Paling knowingly provided false personal identifying information to a law enforcement officer. Joshua was determined to have an active Adams County Arrest Warrant. Joshua was arrested for Adams County Warrant & Criminal Impersonation IV FO.

 Brief Narrative: A male reported being struck by a vehicle while walking in the Hy-Vee parking lot. The male complained of pain to his elbow and knee. The suspect vehicle fled the scene. Investigation to continue.

Location of Incident: 1322 Sheridan Pl
 Brief Narrative: Officers responded to a shooting at 1322 Sheridan Place. The suspect shot twice into an occupied vehicle. Both the suspect vehicle and a suspect on foot fled southbound from the scene. No injuries were reported. Investigation to continue.

 Brief Narrative: A "motion picture use only" $20 bill was passed at Jims Gyro's. It was discovered by a 5 Points Bank Employee after it was dropped off by the business.
