Location of Incident: 702 W 2nd St
Brief Narrative: On 0/18/24 at 1832 officers were dispatched to 703 W 2nd St, MSAS Auto Sales, as a
male, Chol D. Chol, was seen sitting on top of a car belonging to the dealership and was screaming at people. Chol left scratches on the hood of the vehicle where he had been sitting at. As Chol was impaired by alcohol and had been reported to be screaming at people while under the influence of alcohol he was advised to stop drinking alcohol from a bottle he had in his hand. Chol intentionally continued drinking therefor hindering the investigation by further intoxicating himself and preventing the preservation of the peace. Chol was placed under arrest. A search incident to arrest resulted in officers locating paraphernalia and 0.5 Grams of methamphetamine. Chol was arrested for Obstruction of a Police Officer, Criminal Mischief $1,500.00, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Brief Narrative: Officer took a report of theft of controlled substance medications occurring in the last week. Investigation to continue.

Brief Narrative: A female reported her cargo trailer stolen from the Fonner Park parking lot. Case is open.

Brief Narrative: Officer observed a vehicle traveling eastbound on E 2nd St, which is a one-way westbound. Officer conducted a traffic stop near E 2nd/Plum St. Marcial Sanchez La O was the driver of the vehicle and showed signs of impairment. He was arrested for DUI 1st Offense, Refuse Chemical Test and Wrong Way on a One Way and Possess Controlled Substance.

Brief Narrative: Sayid Ali Mohamed was observed to be in Pioneer Park which is owned by the CIty of Grand Island. Sayid has been given a notice of trespass excluding him from all City owned property and Pioneer Park is listed. Sayid does not have a permanent residence. He was arrested and taken to Hall County Jail where a search of his person was completed. While being searched Sayid asked booking officers where his meth was. A plastic wrapper tucked in his sock was found to have a small amount of white crystal substance believed to be methamphetamine. Sayid Ali Mohamed was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance and Trespassing 2nd Degree.

Location of Incident: 107 E 7th St
Brief Narrative: On October 20, 2024, officers responded to 107 E 7th St Apt B in response to a threatening report. On scene the reporting party stated they were threatened to be killed by the suspect, causing them to fear for their life. Investigation on the incident is on-going.
