Offense: Terroristic Threats

Offender: Fransisco Delgado-Arvizo

Location of Incident: 511 N Sycamore
Brief Narrative: On 10/9/2024, Officers were dispatched to 511 N Sycamore St., Lions Club Park, reference a suspicious person. Upon Officers arrival, contact was made with the male in question, who failed to identify himself to law enforcement. It was reported by witnesses and victims that the male, later identified as Fransisco Delgado-Arvizo, followed three juvenile males around the park, making them feel uncomfortable, before yelling at them and stating, "I'm going to kill you." in Spanish. The juveniles feared for their safety, running to the home of one of the juveniles who lived nearby. Fransisco Delgado-Arvizo was arrested for Obstructing a Police Officer and Terroristic Threats x3.
