Brief Narrative: On 2-19-2024 while on patrol at Walmart North, officer observed a vehicle that officers had been looking for earlier in the day reference a theft. The owner of the vehicle, who was identified as Christopher Stanton, was found to be driving the vehicle and also had an active Adams County warrant. Officer observed the driver of the vehicle to match up to a DMV photo that the officer looked at earlier and was able to positively identify the driver as Christopher. The officer made a traffic stop on the vehicle and contacted the driver who verbally identified himself as Christopher Stanton. A records check showed that Stanton had an active Adams County warrant for his arrest. During the arrest and search of Stanton's persons, he was found to be in possession of psychedelic mushrooms. Drug paraphernalia was also located inside the vehicle Stanton was operating. He was arrested for the Adams County Failure to Appear warrant, Possession Of Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Brief Narrative: Child alleges that adult male made her touch his genitals. She also alleges that he kissed her with his tongue. Report is being investigated.

Date and Time of Incident: between 2/16/24 & 2/19/24
Location of Incident: 3270 Nyla St
Brief Narrative: On 2-19-2024 at or around 0737 hrs, an Officer responded to 3270 Nyla Street in reference to a theft call for service. It was reported between 2-16-2024 and 2-19-2024 a construction trailer was broken into and various tools were taken valued around $6,070.
