Brief Narrative: Female victim reported a juvenile male to have punched her in the chest causing pain. Male victim stated the same juvenile male to have thrown a pair of wire cutters on him, which struck him as the tool lacerated his arm. The victims advised the juvenile male to have taken a knife and made a stabbing motion toward them with the knife eventually being wrestled away from him. Juvenile male will be referred to the County Attorney’s office for 2nd Degree Assault, Terrorist Threats and 3rd Degree Assault.

Offender: James Akins

Location of Incident: 615 W 1st S
Brief Narrative: Victim reported a Protection Order Violation. This occurred yesterday after James Akins was served a no contact order while housed at HCC. He sent four separate emails to the victim. James had since been released from HCC, but was located and admitted to emailing the victim. James was placed under arrest and transported to HCC. He was booked in for 4 counts of protection order violation. It was later found that he had a previous conviction for Protection Order violation docket # C08CR210002818. His charges were changed to Felonies
