Brief Narrative: Chance Billington was contacted as the driver of a vehicle that was observed driving near the area of 1st Street and Harrison with expired registration. During contact, Billington was exhibiting signs of impairment. Billington participated in standard field sobriety tests which he showed significant impairment. A drug recognition expert evaluation was completed which showed that Billington was under the influence of a controlled substance, and it was unsafe for him to operate a motor vehicle. During a search of his vehicle, drug paraphernalia was located. During a search of his person, three separate controlled substances were located on his person to include alprazolam, morphine, and oxycodone. Billington was arrested and booked into the Hall County Department of Corrections.

Brief Narrative: I observed a vehicle southbound on Sycamore St with a cracked front windshield,which appeared to have an in-transit which was folded over and not visible. After getting behind the vehicle, I could not read the rear in-transit due to the vehicle's rear window tint. I initiated a traffic stop and contacted the driver, Maikel Migliori Perez. Maikel provided a Nebraska ID Card. After conducting a records check, I found Maikel does not have a valid driver's license. Maikel was found to be in possession of 48g of Methamphetamine, 14.7g of Marijuana, multiple THC vape devices, a large amount of coin size zip-lock bags (packaging), a digital scale, $950 cash, 5 pills of Tramadol, and drug paraphernalia. Maikel did not have a drug tax stamp for the drugs he possessed.

Brief Narrative: On 02/16/2025, A black Hyundai Elantra failed to signal within 100 feet when turning southbound on Grand Island Ave from Cottage. A traffic stop was conducted on Grand Island Ave and Cottage. The driver was identified by his Nebraska Driver’s license as Christian Mendoza Bautista. Christian had slurred speech and the odor of alcohol emitting from his person. During SFST's Christian showed indicators of impairment. Christian provided a failing PBT sample. During a search of Christian's vehicle, a baggy of cocaine was located under the driver seat. A records check revealed Christian has 3 prior DUI convictions within the last 15 years. Christian was arrested and booked into HCDC for the offenses listed below.

Brief Narrative: On 02/15/2025 around 1847 hours Officers responded to 609 Elm St S in reference to a theft of a vehicle. Upon arrival Officers made contact with the reporting party who advised his friend had taken his vehicle without his permission and left in an unknown direction.

Brief Narrative: On 02/17/2025 at approximately 0038 hours, Officers responded to the area of 4th and Pine St. for multiple reports of a disturbance. Officers arrived and placed 3 males identified as Leonardo Rivas, Ildefonzo Munoz Diaz, and Jose Luis Munos-Diaz. While being detained Jose would pull away from officers. It was also reported by a victim that Jose had assaulted them inside the bar. When he being detained, Ildefonzo would pull away from officers and refuse commands. While being detained Leonardo would pull away from officers, and refuse commands given by officers. While being searched, Officers found a small bag of a white powdery substance believed to be cocaine. While on scene, Officers observed video camera footage showed an adult male later identified as Timothy Rivas holding and pointing a gun at an adult male causing the male to be in fear. Timothy was located on scene and placed under arrest. A records check was conducted and found that Timothy was a convicted felon. While searching Timothy's person, Officers found marijuana less than one ounce.

Brief Narrative: On 02-16-2025 at approximately 05:27 hours a domestic disturbance was dispatched to 2323 Bellwood Dr. where the victim reports the father of her child had pushed her down by her throat and squeezed her neck. The victim advised it caused her pain and restricted her breathing. There were two children present and witnessed the assault. The suspect fled the area prior to arrival. The case is still under investigation.

Brief Narrative: Victim reported sending female via cash app over $14,000 since December 9th, 2024 for various expenses. When the victim drove to Kansas City to pick the female up, he determined this was a scam. A male suspect then sent him messages advising that he had the female hostage and needed to send more money.
