Creighton Volleyball Sells Out Of Season Tickets For 2024
OMAHA, Neb. – Season tickets for the upcoming 2024 Creighton volleyball campaign are officially sold out.
Including more than 1,550 season ticket holders and 350+ seats set aside for students and other holds, over 1,900 seats are already spoken for.
Single-match tickets will go on sale at 10 a.m. Central on August 9th via Ticketmaster.com and at the Creighton Ticket Office at D.J. Sokol Arena inside the Wayne and Eileen Ryan Athletic Center.
Last season Creighton averaged 2,161 fans per home match, a figure that ranked 30th nationally. It marked the sixth time in the past seven seasons that Creighton's ranked in the top-30 nationally in average home attendance, with the lone exception being the 2020-21 campaign in which attendance was severely limited due to social distancing necessitated by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Since joining the BIG EAST in 2013, Creighton has led its conference in average home attendance in all but two seasons. Last year the Bluejays played 9-of-14 home matches in front of 2,000 fans or more inside D.J. Sokol Arena, where it went 13-0 to finish its first unbeaten home season in program history.
No tickets will be needed to attend CU’s Blue/White Scrimmage on August 16th. The Bluejays open the 2024 regular-season when it hosts the Bluejay Invitational on August 30-September 1 with Drake, Missouri and NC State coming to town. Other high-profile opponents coming to D.J. Sokol Arena in 2024 include USC, Kansas State, Marquette and St. John’s.
