Event - Empower Youth Night - Food Drive Competition and Concert

- In our times of struggle, doubt and darkness, we can persevere through this with love, and in turn become a pillar of strength for others, therefore, we bring you the EMPOWER YOUTH EVENT! - This event was inspired by the youth mission team from St. Leo's Church. They returned from their summer mission team transformed and ready to empower other youth to make a difference in our community. - Youth Groups from Grand Island and the surrounding area are called to unite to make a difference in our communities! - Bring a quality food item to restock our local communities' food banks (See list below) - Enjoy Community Field House activities and compete with and against other youth groups - Join your fellow youth group and help pack and load bags of food to be delivered the next day to the Grand Island and surrounding area food banks. - The more people that come, the more food we can bag and donate!! - Concert! - Be inspired and empowered by Jeremy Rodriguez and his band "toLoveandRescue," with special guest Faith Alexa. - Stay for the after concert praise and worship service lead by toLoveandRescue! - This event will be chaperoned by adults trained in safe environment principles and background checked. We encourage entire families and youth ministry leaders to join us and empower their families and church families to participate . - We want to donate QUALITY FOOD items! Pasta noodles / Spaghetti or Alfredo sauce / Peanut butter and jelly / Canned meat / Canned fruit / Cereal / Mac and cheese / Ramen noodles / Rice and beans / Granola bars .
